  Lovely atmosphere, great staff but the coffee is sour and the food average. Still worth a visit.

  Ordered a minestrone soup, but when it arrived, the pasta in the soup was all mushy, that it looked like mashed potato. I kindly requested to have it exchanged for the broccoli and pea soup instead which my friend had ordered, and that looked better, but management refused. They said, that this is how minestrone looked like. I replied, I ‘know how minestrone looks like, and it shouldn’t look like this’. It was also piping hot, that it burns the tongue. They said that if I wanted to change the soup, I’d have to pay another $9.50. I refused to pay another $9.50. The management took my minestrone soup and rudely said, ‘NO PROBLEM’.
  They offered NOTHING.
  They just took my money and left me at the table with no food.
  This place seriously need to learn on how to conduct themselves and perhaps educate themselves on how some finished meals look should look like.
  I’m not asking for a fine dining experience, but when I get ridiculed about something, (people trying to pass off about appearances about how food looks like) and take my money, then it is not worth recommending this place. Go elsewhere. There are a few other eateries in the area to choose from.

  Called in quickly for a Chai and it tasted great, just the right amount! Fast and friendly service. Very clean premises and they make their own food too! Inside and outside seating as well. Will definitely be going again!

  Living in Warragul, I have been to this cafe many, many times and always found the food very wholesome and tasty, the prices reasonable, and the staff very friendly and professional. I recommend it highly.
